Planning a wedding is a stressful affair so Sam aims to minimize this (at least where the photos are concerned) by meeting with you before hand and discussing what is required in some detail so that on the day everything runs as smoothly as possible. Sam thinks it is very important to meet once or twice before the wedding, after all, he will be coming to your big day so you've got to make sure that you get along!
On a full day shoot, Sam starts early and finishes late, covering as much of the day as you wish from getting ready in the morning, right through to the last dance.
During the service itself Sam will take as many or as few photos as you like. Working from the wings with the latest generation of virtually silent cameras, many people comment that they were not really aware of Sam's presence during the service.
Sam will then do a small number of formal pictures if requested, either at the church or at the reception venue, having already scouted out the best location. Once the guests and bridal party have sat down for the wedding breakfast, Sam takes a break before the speeches and eventually the first dance. If desired, Sam will stay on into the evening for some great atmospheric party pictures.
As Sam keeps wedding numbers down deliberately to keep quality up, he does not offer set 'packages' but prefers to meet with you and discuss in detail what is needed. If he is the right man for the job he will then will come up with an individual plan and cost for your big day.
After you return from your honeymoon you have the choice (all agreed and costed before the wedding) whether you would like the pictures on disc to create your own album in your own time and at your own cost, whether you would like an album professionally produced by Sam or whether you would like input into the creative process and have the benefit of Sam's skills to produce the album together.
Whether you decide to get in touch or not, Sam wishes you all the best on your big day and a lifetime of happiness together.
